Service List By Technology

With laser based inspection we can directly compare your physical parts with your original CAD models or other physical parts. A report can then be emailed graphically showing the differences. This process only takes hours or days (depending on the size of the part) as opposed to days or weeks of a less accurate hand measuring process.

Inspection / Quality Control

This technology will allow the accurate reproduction of any part. If you have one part and need another one or 100,000 then this technology is the one you need. The laser scanning technology allows us to quickly get the CAD data for your part. Once we have this CAD data it can be used to hard tool or CNC machine the part.
